While reading up on new trends for 2009 – I learned that Pantone selected “Mimosa” as the color of the year! It is a warm engaging yellow it is supposed to express hope & reassurance. Anything that reminds me of the sun right now sounds great to me.
What do you think about it?

I just love the Mimosa flowers. Regardless of what it is suppose to represent, the scent is heavenly. As cheerful as yellow is, very few people dare to wear it. Best be left to nature or a color on the wall.
