While watching one of the many design shows out there, I learned about this website called, Art We Love. (http://shop.artwelove.com/) This site is great because it offers fresh images, in every price range, from $15 on up. So if you are new to collecting art, and find making a larger purchase a little intimidating, you should check this site out.
I’m sure you’ve heard us talk about art that fits. (http://www.artthatfits.com/) This site is great because you can search in multiple categories, customize your images to fit most any size and even chose paper or canvas. Below are some images I just love by Fran Gottlieb. My husband and I recently purchased a huge piece on canvas for our living room from art that fits which I’m very excited about!
As I’ve mentioned before, I love conversational pieces. I’m very interested in Sarah Anne DiNardo, an artist on etsy. She hand-rolls masking tape into decorative collages. Each piece goes through a chemical process that makes the tape ivory and takes the stickiness out. Check her work out Here. (http://www.etsy.com/shop/sarahannedinardo)
