Color in your home

Having worked with art for some time now, I have noticed that people tend to collect art that comes in a certain mix of colors unique to the individual. Whether or not this is intentional, it is interesting to see how completely different things pick up that same mix of colors in a persons art collection, home or wardrobe.

Leigh over at the Object Project has recently started an interesting series called, "If a Quilt Lived Here..." Where she takes images of a home, and unites them with different fabrics that have the same characteristics or color mixes of the interior design. It is truly an interesting way to look at what is going on in the overall design of a room.
